FOR SATURDAY 4th DECEMBER 2004 by Frank Harwood.
ADAM STUNS SOUTHWELL!
Goals by Darryl Thomas and
Jake Sheridan gave Stadium Services league leaders Dunkirk a 2-0 victory
over Sandiacre Town, a result that keeps the Nottinghamshire club three
points in front of second placed Barton Town Old Boys.
Barton had a tricky game at home to inform Gedling Miners Welfare but
they delighted their fans with a fine display that brought them a 4-2
victory.
Gary Dickinson, Paul Grimes, Christern Hyslop and John Parkinson scoring
for Barton. Graham Epps and Scott Westby replied for Gedling.
Pelican, who were without a game remain in 3rd place but now they trail
Barton by six points and have played a game more than the North Lincolnshire

Patrick Samba scored twice to give his club a 2-1 victory. Nick Thorpe

What can you make of Heanor Town; they crash at home to struggling Nettleham
and then give a superb performance to win 3-0 at Appleby Frodingham. Tom
Widdowson (2) and Steven Froggatt the marksmen as ‘The Lions’
produced their best performance of the season.
A good win for Clipstone Welfare, two goals by Paul Shaw giving the visitors

the three points winning 4-3 against bottom club Blackwell Miners Welfare.

What a great day for Graham St Prims ‘rising star’ Adam Lilley,
son of the club secretary, Adam hit a hat trick as Prime destroyed Southwell
City, winning 5-0 at The War Memorial Recreation Ground. David Cole and
Leigh Grant scored also for Prims, a very happy return home for the Prims
supporters.
A vital goal by Lee Stephenson

good enough to defeat third place Bolsover Town at Bolsover’s Moor
Lane Ground.

shooting boots again at home to Forest Town and goals by Lee Dawson, who
got a brace, Brad Hill, Peter Stubley, Adam Nixon and Terry Taylor gave

season, so far, to 68, averaging four goals a game and although they are
three points behind the leaders they have two games in hand.

crashed at home going down 6-1 to Kimberley Town. The visitors who dominated
the game scored through Desbon Bushiri and Lee Cook, who both scored twice,

much for Harworth C I at Scooby Road.

Boulter and Sean Regan for Santos.
In a basement battle Yorkshire Main altered a run of six straight defeats
by winning 2-1 at Punjab United. An excellent game in which the home team
could count themselves unfortunate not to share the points.
